- Standard Shipping: Available for most parts. Delivery time typically ranges from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Express Shipping: Available for urgent orders. Delivery time typically ranges from 1-3 business days.
- Freight Shipping: For large or heavy parts (e.g., engines, transmissions, or large boat components). Delivery times for freight shipments depend on your location and the nature of the items being shipped.
Shipping services are available to domestic and international customers. For international shipping, please note that additional customs duties and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or during holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Backordered Items: In cases where a part is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you immediately with an estimated delivery time. If you do not wish to wait for the part, we will offer you a full refund or suggest an alternative solution.
3. Shipping Costs
- Domestic Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. We offer free shipping on orders over a certain value (e.g., $100 or equivalent), depending on your location.
- International Shipping: International shipping costs will vary depending on the destination. You will be provided with a shipping quote at checkout.
- Shipping Discounts: Periodic promotions and discounts may be available, such as free or discounted shipping on certain products or for certain regions.
4. Delivery Times
- Domestic Orders: Typically, deliveries within the same country should arrive within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment. Express shipping options are available for faster delivery.
- International Orders: Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination country. Generally, international orders take between 7-21 business days. Customs processing may add extra time.
- Tracking: Once your order has shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
While we take every precaution to ensure that your parts are delivered safely, accidents can happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipment, please follow the steps below:
- Damaged Goods: If you receive a damaged part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and the packaging, and we will initiate a replacement or refund process.
- Lost Shipments: If your package is confirmed as lost by the carrier, we will work with the carrier to trace the package. If the item cannot be located, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, depending on availability.
6. Address Accuracy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If you realize that you’ve made a mistake on the shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately to update the address.
7. Handling of Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: If you are ordering from outside our domestic region, please note that you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees depending on your country's regulations. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price of the products or shipping charges.
- Customs Delays: Occasionally, packages may be delayed in customs, which is out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs inspections or hold-ups.

- For incorrect items or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will resolve the issue promptly by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
9. Insurance and Risk of Loss
- Insurance: We insure all shipments during transit to ensure the safe delivery of your items. If the item is damaged or lost while in transit, we will file a claim with the carrier.
- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for all products passes to the customer once the delivery is completed and the item is signed for by the recipient. If the shipment is left unattended or lost after delivery, we are not responsible for replacement.
