1. General Return Conditions

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations. To ensure the best customer experience, we offer returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return:

    • Only unused and uninstalled parts can be returned. Parts that have been installed or modified are not eligible for return.

    • The part must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable, and in resalable condition.

    • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for all returns and refunds.

  • Time Frame:

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

    • After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns, but we may offer an exchange for defective parts on a case-by-case basis.

2. Refund Process

If a return is accepted under the terms outlined above, you will receive a refund via the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 business days of the return being processed.

  • Refund Conditions:

    • Refunds are issued only for the purchase price of the part. Any shipping or installation costs are not refundable.

    • If the part is returned due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.

3. Exceptions to Return Policy

Some parts are non-returnable under certain conditions:

  • Electrical components, electronics, or parts that are marked as final sale.

  • Custom-ordered or special parts that were specifically ordered for you and cannot be resold.

  • Consumable items such as fluids, filters, or gaskets.

  • Parts that have been installed, used, or damaged due to improper installation or misuse.

4. Defective Parts

If the part you purchased is defective, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will:

  • Offer a replacement part at no additional cost.

  • Process a refund for the defective item, as long as it is returned within 30 days.

  • Cover shipping costs for the return of defective parts, if applicable.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a part for another, we will accept exchanges within the same return time frame (30 days), provided the part is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition. The customer is responsible for any price differences between the original part and the exchange item.

  • Any difference in price will be adjusted via a refund or additional payment, depending on the exchange value.

6. Shipping & Handling

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or the part is defective.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10-20% may apply to returns of certain parts, especially for larger items or special orders.

7. How to Return a Part

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for return.

  3. Once the return is authorized, we will provide you with the return address and instructions for packaging and shipping the part back to us.

  4. Please ship the item back using a trackable shipping method to ensure it arrives safely. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

8. Customer Responsibility

  • Installation: We recommend professional installation for all parts to ensure correct fit and function. We are not responsible for any damage caused by improper installation.

  • Inspection: Please inspect all parts at the time of receipt. If any part is damaged or appears to be the wrong item, please contact us immediately (within 7 days of receiving the part).

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to offer high-quality products, we are not responsible for:

  • Any labor costs associated with the installation or removal of parts.

  • Any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of a part, including any damages to the vehicle or boat.
